The character of Kipo Oak is introduced as a human on the Netflix animation but she is later revealed to have mutant powers too, while the whole Wonderbeasts world is filled with mutated animals including Kipo’s friends Dave (Deon Cole) and Mandu (Dee Bradley Baker).
