Gotham City is getting perilously close to becoming the dystopian police state from Future State. Two separate bombings in the city are pushing its citizens closer and closer to the breach as fear and barely restrained anger take hold over the people.
But despite the chaos, these two recent events are actually separate machinations of two villains. One designed to ensure the Magistrate’s authorization, the other designed to start a war between Gotham’s citizens and the police.
