It doesn’t take a genius to work out that a high number of customers were most likely confused by the Xbox One X/Xbox Series X names, and accidentally picked up the wrong console amidst the considerable pre-order chaos. There are going to be a fair few kids out there set for a fairly disappointing Christmas morning this December, that’s for sure.
