Once upon a time, The Nevers would have been touted as Joss Whedon’s show, but following the Justice League investigation into claims of a difficult set and Whedon’s decision to step back from the series, there’s no mention of him here. Still, the first full trailer bears some very Buffy touches, and not just because it features kick-ass women with powers.
