Ashley Park and Lily Collins are set to star as Mindy and Emily, respectively, on Netflix’s upcoming Emily in Paris series, and much like their characters, the ladies are real-life friends. The two often post photos of their adventures on Instagram and make sure to support each other’s projects. When the show wrapped up filming in November 2019, Lily penned a sweet note to Ashley on Instagram, writing, “The show may have brought us together but now, we have each other for life. I’m going to miss you so much. Emily is Emily because of you.”
