Eddie Izzard wins praise for asserting use of ‘she’ and ‘her’ pronouns

The stand-up comedian was a guest on Sky Arts’ Portrait Artist of the Year in which she sat as a subject for contestants to paint. Viewers have praised Eddie for requesting to be referred to as ‘she’ and ‘her’.
