While it wasn’t mentioned in the press release, it was revealed on Twitter that the event will be free to attend online, dispelling the dreaded notion that they were going to charge people money to attend an online event. Something people were already heavily criticizing since many other events of the same ilk were broadcasting their events totally free. We’ll see if anyone else joins the lineup moving forward, but for now, E3 2021 will take place from June 12th-15th, 2021.
